Shipping & Returns

Sis-Miss Return & Refund Policy

      We will give a full refund before 15 days if item is still unworn with tags on.  Items returned after 15 days with tags will be given in store credit to be used towards another item(s). Please send us an email at sismissclothing@gmail.com if you have questions. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
 
Sale items can be returned for price of sale if not purchased on a clearance sale.  For shipping instructions on returns send email to SisMissClothing@gmail.com or you can mail your return/exchange to the address listed below. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or items sold at 30% or greater discount.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

We give a 100% full refund upon receiving item back in same, new condition.

 

Clearance Sale items

Any sale item over 30% or greater cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

Got the wrong size?  That is okay, using our Contact form, let us know and we will make a hassle free exchange.  Ship your item back in and we will ship you the correct size back out.  Any item may be returned and be exchanged for another item of equal or less value.  If less value item is chosen, we will return the extra funds to your credit/debit or PayPal account. 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Gift cards / gift coupon codes are available.  All sales are final with Gift Cards.

 

Shipping

We ship your items via USPS or UPS mail.  Items are generally received within 3-5 business days or sooner.  If you have any questions about the status of your item please feel free to ask us on our Contact page or email us at: sismissclothing at gmail.com
 
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Sis-Miss headquarters in Utah.
